Your questions, our answers

Answers to the questions we are asked most often before getting started.

Do you need an internet connection to use Wizzbe?
No. Wizzbe is designed to work offline: the textbooks, apps, media, exercises and files in the student’s space remain usable even if the internet or Wi‑Fi goes down.
Which devices does Wizzbe run on?
Android and Windows tablets, iPads, Windows PCs, Chromebooks, laptops and interactive whiteboards. If the school allows it, students can also use their own devices (BYOD).
Where is the Wizzbe Media Library installed?
The Media Library is installed on a hypervisor, a server or a computer, for a single mobile classroom or the whole school. It can also be hosted in the cloud. See the possible configurations.
How many licences do you need?
The Media Library needs as many licences as there are devices that can connect to it. Additional licences can be purchased from your User Portal dashboard.
Where can you buy Wizzbe, and how long does delivery take?
Directly from LogoSapience, the publisher, or from a partner integrator. Delivery takes 8 days from receipt of a valid order. View the 2026–2027 pricing.
Can you use publishers’ resources?
Yes. Your Media Library can subscribe to content made available by partners or publishers, and teachers can share resources provided by Canopé, their regional education authority or content publishers, as well as their own.
Are data and content protected?
With a school Media Library, data are centralised and stored on the school’s own Media Library: no risk of accidental loss or destruction. Shared content cannot be copied or shared without permission. Privacy policy (FR).
How do teachers learn to use Wizzbe?
Through the built-in coach, the tutorials and FAQ on the User Portal, the Wizzbe blog and, if needed, on-site or remote support services.
How can you try Wizzbe before committing?
Local authorities can run a one-term pilot, supported by LogoSapience, in the school of their choice. For any other request, contact us.
